The New Normal Event
Last spring I was standing in Brooklyn watching lines of girls walk through our BTS Exhibition, 24/7 Serendipity, never imagining a world where the very core of our services, gathering people together to celebrate a collective experience, was prohibited by the government.
I, like the rest of our industry, have had to take a step back and focus on our services that can help our clients keep in touch with their customers, supporters, fans and employees online. We put together a list of services that we have always provided as additional services to live events, but have now become the primary method of communication. I am excited for the future and to apply these services in new and exciting ways for our clients as we enter into the new normal world of events.
